Child care is provided in the Nursery on Sunday mornings for children of members and visitors during worship services from 8:00 am until 11:30 a.m. Children will join the Infant Room if they are not yet walking and move to the Toddler Room when they are walking and are steady on their feet. In August, Children are promoted from the Toddler room to Sunday School, if they are two by August 1st.

MUMC offers Sunday School for children ages 2 thru 5th grade at 9am and 10:30am, with nursery care for infants and toddlers at 8am, 9am, and 10:30am.

Sunday Morning Nursery
The Nursery Ministry provides loving, nurturing care for MUMC’s youngest preparatory members and visitors. The nursery staff and volunteers help children ages six (6) weeks to two (2) years experience God’s love as they are given nurturing care and affection in a loving Christian environment. Developmentally appropriate toys and activities guide their learning as they play. Our goal is to make church experiences for the very youngest child a positive, loving and fun experience from the very first day. We seek to build a sense of trust in young children as a foundation for teaching about God's love.
