Not all requests are guaranteed. Subject to approval by MUMC Communications Team. Deadline for requests is midnight on Tuesdays prior to the upcoming weekend.
NOTE: Any given announcement will only be published in the Friday eNews and the Newsletter for up to THREE consecutive weeks. If you wish for it to appear again after the third week, you must resubmit your request with the announcement reworded in order to avoid repetitiveness.
A room setup form needs to be filled out for any event/class for which you are requesting space at MUMC. Please fill out this form and either save it to your computer and email it, or print it and bring it to the office. This form may also be filled out by calling Sherri Estes or stopping by her office.
