ITEMS TO DONATE?
Building/ construction items
ReStore is a facility run by Habitat for Humanity St. Louis. It sells donated items to the general public to help support Habitat for Humanity St. Louis. Also, it helps with recycling materials that would otherwise go into landfills and gives the public an opportunity to buy items at significant savings. All donations are tax deductible. Items that are accepted include doors, windows, hardware, cabinets, electrical fixtures, tile, appliances, etc. ReStore is located at 3763 Forest Park Avenue. For information and hours, call (314) 531-4155.
FURNITURE:
Families often need help with furnishing their new homes. Beds, nightstands, dressers, dining tables and chairs, etc… are often needed. Unfortunately, there is no place to store the furniture prior to builds and no way to know the exact needs of the families, but if you have furniture that you are replacing , give us a call to see if it could be put to use in a Habitat for Humanity home. Contact Terry and Barb at
Zenser@sbcglobal.net or 636-394-4608.
