Manchester United Methodist's Bicycle Rehab Ministry recycles gently used, unneeded bicycles and makes them ready for donation. The bikes are donated to children, youth and adults so they can enjoy the fun of riding a bike or use for transportation." In the last 6 years, almost 1,500 bicycles have been refurbished and donated to Kingdom House, Circle of Concern, La Clinca and individual needs. A new bike helmet is included with each bike. We are always looking for bikes and volunteers to help!

Christmas 2007 – the 1,500th bicycle was delivered by the faithful bicycle elves of MUMC
Christmas 2007 – Jim at Kingdom House was helping unload bicycles to be distributed to the children served by Kingdom House when he realized he had received one of those bicycles a few years earlier. Now he knew where and how his bicycle had made its way to Kingdom House.
February 2 – Come to Old Fellowship Hall and help ready another batch of gently-used bicycles – clean, polish, change tires & tubes, minor repairs. No experience needed! All supplies are provided. Lunch is provided. Make a difference in the lives of those served by Kingdom House as we prepare bicycles to share with those in need.
