20/30 vision
20/30 vision is a ministry that began in October 2005 at Manchester UMC. The group is designed to help people in their 20s and 30s find their niche within the Manchester family. 20/30 is made up of singles and couples, as well as people who are in graduate school and those who have full time jobs. If you are looking for ways to meet people at Manchester, get involved, and develop your faith, all while and having fun, check us out!

Wednesday, June 4 - Erin Bode Concert, 7:30pm
Come out to the Missouri Botanical Gardens and enjoy an evening of FREE jazz performed by Erin Bode .
Picnicking is allowed on these nights, so concertgoers are invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic suppers to enjoy. Food and drink may also be purchased. Sorry no pets or grills allowed.
The concert starts at 7:30pm but if you'd like to carpool down, meet at the church at 5:45pm. You can also meet us down there!

BBQ and Game night at Joe and Sarah McMillen's
Come on over to Joe & Sarah's for a night of games, fellowship, & food!
Bring your favorite games (indoor and out) and a side dish or dessert to share.
Directions:
Take Manchester Road to New Ballwin Road and turn LEFT.
Continue on New Ballwin Road and then turn RIGHT at Westglen Village Drive,
Joe and Sarah's house is 719 Westglen Village Drive (on right side of street)

Saturday, June 14 - Cardinals vs. Phillies - 3pm
The United Methodist Men are selling baseball tickets for the Cardinals vs Phillies game. $10 and $30 seats are available.
If anyone is interested in going and would like to organize a group to go, please let me know ASAP!

Saturday, June 21 - Race for the Cure - 9:00 - 11:00 am
Join the 20/30 group as we "Race for the Cure" for Breast Cancer!
Race details:
Who: You and anyone you want to invite!
When: start time is 9:00 am on June 21, 2008
Where: Downtown St. Louis (we will pick a meeting location closer to the race day)
What: 5K walk (or run)
How much: $25 registration fee (which includes a "Race for the Cure" t-shirt.)
T-shirts can be picked up prior to the race day at the following locations/times or are also available for pick up on the race day at the start line.
St. Louis Galleria -- June 14, 18 (9am -7pm), June 15(12pm-6pm)
St Clair Square -- June 14 (9am-7pm), June 15 (12pm-6pm)
Chesterfield Mall -- June 14, 18 (9am -7pm), June 15(12pm-6pm)
