Adult Singing Choirs
Chapel Choir
Chapel Choir is designed for beginning as well as experienced singers, this choir offers a choral opportunity on a smaller scale. The choir rehearses twice a month on Wednesdays, from 7-8 pm, and sings the following Saturday at the 5 pm, worship service in the Chapel.
Chancel Choir
Chancel Choir is open to any interested person beyond high school age who has a sincere desire to serve God through music. New members are always welcome and needed. The choir participates every Sunday in worship, and presents seasonal music and major works with orchestra each year. Their season includes choir tours and concerts in the community.
Good News Quartet
A Manchester UMC treasure, this group provides the best in men’s gospel music.
Coventry Choir
Manchester’s Chamber Choir. In addition to singing monthly for worship, this ensemble presents an annual Christmas Concert and shares in several concerts and presentations in the St. Louis community.

MUMC’s adult praise and worship team regularly provides music for our worship services.

Handbell and Handchime Choirs
WESLEY CHIMERS
Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm, beginning September 6 ... a beginning handchime choir, open this year to 2nd & 3rd graders. The choir rings in church monthly. The handchimers serve as an outreach at the Gambrill Gardens Christmas Party on Monday evening, December 5, and at the Sundae Special in April.
CELEBRATION RINGERS
Mondays, 5:30-6:30pm, beginning September 12 .... a handbell choir for 4th, 5th & 6th graders, for new or experienced ringers. The ringers serve as leaders in Sunday worship once a month and as an outreach at the Gambrill Gardens Christmas Party on Monday evening, December 5, and at the Sundae Special in April.
SPIRIT RINGERS
Mondays, 4:30-5:30pm, beginning September 12 .... a handbell choir for 7th & 8th graders, for new or experienced ringers. The ringers serve monthly as leaders in Sunday worship, and as an outreach at the Gambrill Gardens Christmas Party on Monday evening, December 5.
MANCHESTER BELL CHOIR
Mondays, 7:00pm-8:30pm, beginning August 29 ... a handbell choir for beginning through intermediate ringers, made up of dedicated youth and adults. The choir participates in worship service each month and serves as an outreach at the Gambrill Gardens Christmas Party.
VESPER BELL CHOIR
Tuesdays, 7:00pm-8:45pm, beginning August 30 Vesper Bell is an advanced choir for youth and adults. They ring in worship service monthly, at the Coventry Choir Christmas Concert, the Christmas Concert and on many special occasions. Their demanding schedule requires the highest commitment and discipline at every rehearsal.
Sharing God's Word Through Creative Drama
Sharing God's Word through creative drama is an exciting ministry at Manchester United Methodist Church.
"Acts of Faith," MUMC’s Drama team, meets from 7:00pm-8:30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for fellowship and learning. Drama Team is a multi generational group open to grades 6 and up.
